Family Life

Actually, I don’t know if it’s global, but where we are it’s certainly warming. We’ve had hot weather for the past couple of weeks, and hotter still forecast for the days ahead. I have photos of the family outside at this time last year, and everybody’s wearing sweaters and windbreakers. Because it’s cold and windy. That’s what it’s supposed to be in October. But instead we get calm and hot, with clear sunny skies. A lot of trees haven’t even figured out it’s autumn yet.

Mind you, I’m not complaining. Winter is just too cold, and it’ll be here all too soon.
